I’ve been watching the LSU vs. Arkansas game…wow!
59 seconds left and LSU throws a touchdown pass…my heart sinks! I’m going to be a little biased, I want LSU to lose! Remember, I am a Buckeye fan. If LSU loses that gives OSU a better chance to get back into the BCS game!
Kickoff! Arkansas makes a beautiful return up to about their own 45 yard line!
10 seconds…oh my goodness! Arkansas just chucks the football away and now there are 3 seconds left on the clock.
LSU will have one more shot…They just throw it into nothing. Overtime…!
Ah! This football game has me on the edge of my seat! Its been an absolutely crazy college football season with all of these upsets. LSU did lose to Kentucky in 3 overtimes earlier in the season…here we go!
LSU gets the ball first. First play yields a good run down to about the 12 yard line. Next, ball is thrown down into the end zone. The refs are debating whether it is offensive pass interference or not. Crap. Not catchable, no flag. 2nd down now…Son of a gun…Matt Flynn QB draws, gets the touchdown. Extra point is good. They run the same plays all the time and get the same results, whats with that?
Now its Arkansas’ turn with the ball. First down yields a 5 yard pass and run. 2nd down is a bust, runs right into the defensive line. Crowd is really into it now, this can’t be good. Then Arkansas shoots themselves in the foot with a false start. 3rd and 10 now…incomplete. Catch the football fool! In his defense, it wasn’t a greatly thrown ball, but layout for it, the game is on the line! Arkansas timeout, now I’m sweating! 4th and 10! YES!!!!! Hillis catches and completes!!!!! You’re the man!!!!!! You too Dick, nice throw! Whoa!!!! Way to go Razorbacks!! Nice play call, he was wide open!
Next 1st and ten…Another false start on 2nd down…common! 2nd and 10-short run by McFadden. 3rd and 8-YES!!!! TOUCHDOWN ARKANSAS RAZORBACKS!! Casey Dick! Now, you are the man! Extra point is good, 35 all!!
